2008 Your Best Year Yet - Write it Down Make it Happen

For those of you wanting to get a head start on making 2008 Your Best Year Yet. I highly recommend this book - Write It Down, Make It Happen . I am deliciously writing in my new Moleskin notebook with my yellow Lamy fountain pen all the wonderful things I want to happen in my world in the New Year. Make 2008 your "Best Year Yet" by getting clear about what you want to happen.

Update Dec 27 2007
A reader has just informed me that there is a Blog devoted to the "Moleskin.

How inspiring for the new year.

I love Lamy...and great pens in general. There's something rewarding about pulling out a nice pen to write with. It makes a mundane task seem special.

    Happy Holidays.

  4. Writing aspirations down on paper is such a wonderful thing. The power of such a little gesture every day can really make a difference in your life, so great for you!

I also find personally, that having and looking at my "Dream board" with photos of things I want to happen in my life is a great way to start any day.

I've decided to start my own blog as a "project" (I don't believe in resolutions), partly inspired by you and partly to further develop my own design identity and figure out what that is.

Merry Christmas to you and your family.

I just ordered it on your recommendation. Thanks! I bet it's good. I love the moleskin notebooks. They can be covered with wallpaper or fabric very easily. I covered two with some grasscloth remnants and it made it stouter.
don't make me order one of those pens too!!! I love great pens!

  11. Thanks for all your comments and please do take a few minutes and write down some things that you would like to happen in your life in 2008, even if you don't have the Lamy pen or the moleskin, anything will do.
And may everything you write for 2008 come to pass.

I too have a moleskin notebook, a tiny one. And I love it! I take it with me everywhere to jot down thoughts, great ideas, grocery lists. Did you know there's a blog for moleskin devotees?

  17. i just stumbled upon your blog thru marion's blog... and then read this post. in the mindful and emotional preparation of a new year... the dreams and hopes and wishes and goals that it allows us, you reminded me of this book and that i had it lying around somewhere... still unread.

so thank you for the reminder that its time to start reading, and time to start writing in a new book... blank pages that are waiting to be filled with manifestations.

wishing you a most wonderful new year... and that all good things come true!
