Patricia, through your blog, you give us aspects of the world that we might never see; ideas to inspire us, pictures that move us emotionally, a view to a kinder, more artistic world that lies within our reach. This must take time and energy, and I am most thankful for your blog.

Cara, Thanks for the blog post on turquoise/aquamarine Pasqua. So Mediterranean! Makes me long for the Sardinian spiaggia! Buona Pasqua e Bacione!

What an interesting and well presented blog. I have visited the Compasso d' Oro awards in Italy and was very impressed with the Italian's recognition of their Designers. It is an interesting comparison you have made with the concept of the Leather Slipcovers and John Saladino.

Hello there, I love the song and I love the rain, if it doesn't rain for 7 days in a row, that is...
We are in Florianopolis, south of Brazil, for the year but we live in Alberta, Canada.
Your posts are wonderful, have been reading your blog since a little before you went to Italy. I am so glad 'I found you'.
A Brazilian hug to you.
come back to listen this song
hi wonderful pages you have
I just found your Blog and will be coming back often to visit....
Hi Patricia,
I liked your post and mover over the reading of the comments motivated me to wrtie some thing here.
Every thing seems so perfect and attracting that it's very difficult to find some thing to object.... Awesome pics.
Hi Michelle
I love the THE PINA COLADA SONG. I have it playing in the background as I write this. BTW your post on your doors from your Amsterdam trip is amazing. Thanks for dropping by.....
I hope you are having a good day despite the sun not shininG!!! what's going on? I miss you!!!
Hi Janine
Hi to you in Brazil!!
Hi Michelle
Have a great time in Amsterdam. I love the name Trooper for your dogs...your parents must have been very groovy.
LOL...always had a soft spot for 70's easy listening...a "feel good song"
Try the Pina Colada song (Escape)by Rupert Holmes...it's great, and reminds me of a simpler time.
Yes...living in Vancouver, you just dress for every season when you leave the house... :) My lawn has never been green in August :o
Thanks...hope you are having a good time! You brought a smile to my face!
lol...I also played the Pina Colada song last night as I left my comment here, and after I listened to Trooper.
The song sits in between Love Shack and Brandy in my itunes, so I danced in my LR for at least 10 minutes :o
Thanks for the sketching compliments! I look forward to my trip this year- only 10 more sleeps!
We had two dogs named Trooper in the 70's and 80's :) What does that say about my parents?
Love your blog...and your links :)
Best,
Michelle
Hi in Stockholm
Rain...I know what that is like living in Vancouver.
Dale
So good to hear from you. Sometimes I think that is all that counts - to "have a good time". I keep working on it.
Hi Joni
Yes as a matter of fact it is raining her today and for the last 3 days...YUK. Talk to you soon!!!
This is one of my favorite songs too. They played it at my grade 12 graduation and of course it made me cry. It's about good times, and bad times, the past, the future, and life and death. But I think it's clear the overall message of the song is to live life to the fullest while you can.
All the best.
Dale
Cool. Eighties is my fave decade.
Thanks Patricia, it's raining in my town too today, Stockholm. But that's alright, it's not for a long time. Have a good time, Ingela
Hi Ann
It was a cool decade, and I'm glad it is being revisited. thanks for your comment.
