| Custom leather swivel chairs by Patricia Gray Inc. The clients' Noguchi coffee table was re-purposed as an end table, signature lighting fixture from Spain and a beautiful view makes the perfect corner for morning coffee and reading the newspaper. |

| The space where the sofa sits was previously an unused guest bedroom. By removing the wall between this room and the before cramped living room, we were able to double the living space and increase the outstanding view of the Lions Gate Bridge, Stanley Park Marina and West Vancouver mountains. |

| Master Bedroom with leather padded headboard, waterfall walnut millwork and night tables with LED lighting. Motorized roller shades and motorized draperies are just some of the touches in this room. A flat screen TV and sound system are located on the wall opposite the bed. |

| The backsplash is marble and glass tile. A tower pull out pantry on the left accomodates cooking and food items. Sub Zero refrigerator. There is a wine cooler under the island. Pull out cupboard for tray storage. All the storage requirements for a chef kitchen. |

DeleteWow, congratulations on your recent award. We are from the UK yet can immediately tell that this is a classic North Western US property. I love the balance of scale and material in this project, though I hope it is warm there as the colour palette is very cool.
