These are some preview pictures of a current project I just completed the Interior Design for in the newest luxury development in Vancouver, The Erickson building, situated on the most treasured waterfront location in Vancouver overlooking False Creek. It was designed by the late Arthur Erickson(1924 – 2009), one of the masters architects of our time.

Lovely! Thanks for sharing - I enjoyed watching this building go up. (But am happy to have the seawall back, if truth be told). Amazing views up there.
ReplyDeleteI have also watched The Erickson being built. It makes such a lovely new addition to the Vancouver skyline!
ReplyDeleteWhen can we see more pictures of your design at The Erickson....????
ReplyDeleteI thought it was your design before even reading the text :)
ReplyDeleteIt is so beautiful.
Oooh can't wait to see more. This building is very interesting, and I've always thought it might be difficult to work the interior design to suit its odd shapes. I don't know what the floor plans are like, but from your sneak peak, I'm sure you made the spaces feel just perfect as always.
ReplyDeletewow...absolutely fantastically breath - taking...so much to take in....what fun you must have!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great experience being there with you to preview this gorgeous apartment. Everything was perfect, elegant and carefully selected and arranged to the last detail. Thanks for including one of my images, the space was a dream to photograph.

Patricia, I am so excited to have a sneak peak of the photo shoot, the space is gorgeous, all your custom pieces complement the suite perfectly.
ReplyDeleteI wish you could redesign the building lobby as well. I am sure Mr.Erickson would appreciate that.

ReplyDeletestrangely, the exterior photo looks a lot like frank geary's new 8 spruce st. exterior in new york. great minds must have thought alike!
I'd be interested to see what the floor plan is like. I need to get a few more clients and then maybe one day I can move into a space like that! great job
ReplyDeleteI am visiting via Albarosa, and am delighted to see your latest project. What incredible views. The silver leaf paper on the ceiling echos the shimmery water below.
ReplyDeleteThanks for Sharing,

I am interested in how colors create moods in rooms and spaces. The one photo with the green-violet combination is just beautiful. I am painting through synesthesia which makes me see colors when I hear names and numbers. These colors I transform in paintings. Colors are my life. Some of my paintings were chosen by interior designers just because of the colors.
ReplyDeletebeautiful interiors ! Really love the lighting fixture!

Beautiful work -- very harmonizing. The colors are warm, as pointed out above, but coupled with the firm, chunky shapes of the furniture, there's a sturdiness and elegance. Luxurious without being ostentatious. Kudos!
